New TravelSim features

Today we proudly present several new features that will help to make our product even more attractive and, at the same time, will simplify your daily operations!  Please note that all described below features are already available and you can order changes via our order e-mail.

 TravelSim card features

 1. CLI on/off.

Feature allows to hide/unhide CLI when making calls.

Currently this feature can be configured only by CSC Telecom operators after written subscriber request. XML command for managing this feature on our website www.travelsim.lt is scheduled in future.

 2. CLI mode (Original number, Extra number, Inum).

Feature allows to change the number sent as CLI when making outgoing calls.

oNum, eNum or iNum can be set as CLI.

Currently this feature can be configured only by CSC Telecom operators after written subscriber request. XML command for managing this feature on our website www.travelsim.lt is scheduled in future.

3. IVR Language, ENG/RUS

Feature changes language of automatic voice messages. English and Russian options are available. Lithuanian language is coming soon.

 4. Multiple Extra numbers

Feature allows to have more than one Extra number attached to a SIM card simultaneously.

 5. SMS notification ‘No Funds’

Feature sends an SMS message “no funds” in case user is trying to make a call but has no sufficient airtime amount left on SIM balance. If this feature is not activated, on some phone models, the message “Wait for Call” will appear on screen, but no callback will come.

Currently this feature can be configured only by CSC Telecom operators after written subscriber request.

6. Call-waiting

Feature allows to put one active conversation on hold and answer another incoming call.
NB! Phone model must support call-waiting functions.

 7. Low balance notification

Feature allows to notify distributor when SIM balance reaches or goes below the preset limit.

Currently this feature can be configured only by CSC Telecom operators after written subscriber request.

 8. IVR mode (Callback) 

Feature allows to choose between “minutes left” or “money left” notification options to be provided to the user before connecting the outbound call. Language of the notification can be changed using the IVR Language, ENG/RUS feature.

9. Unconditional redirection number

Feature configures the unconditional call redirection from TravelSim number to any CSC Telecom fixed line or mobile number.

Feature is activated by user by dialing *146*081*(00 +number with country code)#

For example: *146*081*0037066000002#

Feature is deactivated by dialing *146*080#

Call redirection will be free of charge!

Phone can be switched off after setting up the redirection number.

10. Unconditional redirection feature Enable / Disable

Feature enables or disables the Unconditional redirection number feature for a SIM card. If Unconditional redirection feature is disabled, user will not be able to configure the unconditional redirection number.

Currently this feature is active and can be reconfigured only by CSC Telecom operators after written subscriber request.

11. Voicemail notification SMS

Feature enables SMS notification to a user when new Voicemail message is received.

Currently this feature can be configured only by CSC Telecom operators after written subscriber request.
